Democratic Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz may have had what we call a “Freudian slip” while delivering a campaign speech during a rally in Grand Rapids, Michigan, which led to an unintentional swipe at Vice President Kamala Harris. Nonetheless, it was hilarious.
While doing a speech that was aimed at getting Harris-Walz supporters pumped up for the election coming in November, Walz seemed to refer o Harris as a “prostitutor,” which, if you’re familiar with her past, will make you bust a gut laughing. Perhaps Walz was thinking about all of the “opportunities” he missed by not getting in on the ground floor of Harris’ political career?
“Because this started, and I love this story, as a young prostitutor, Kamala Harris talks about going in that courtroom for the first time,” Walz stated during the speech. He meant to say “prosecutor” but the slip immediately caught the attention of folks on social media who wasted no time whatsoever responding to it. Sometimes, I love the internet.
According to Trending Politics News:
The Vice President, who has served as both Attorney General and U.S. Senator before her current role, has faced her fair share of criticism throughout her career. Many have long been critical of Harris’s record as a prosecutor in California.
The media trail has not gone well for the Democrat duo. Harris and Walz broke their media silence last month, sitting down with CNN’s Dana Bash in Georgia after weeks of avoiding interviews. Following the debate, Walz appeared on MSNBC and ABC, marking just his fourth and fifth solo interviews since joining the Democrat ticket last month. The rally in Grand Rapids also included digs at former President Donald Trump, with attendees chanting “We don’t eat cats!”—a jab at Trump’s previous debate claim that Haitian immigrants were eating pets. The scene played out as both Trump and Harris made their cases to voters with less than eight weeks until Election Day.
This is what we call Freudian slip. He didn't mean to say that, and everyone knows.

I’m from MN, let me explain. If he’s awake, Tim Walz is drunk.

This will go down in history as one of the funniest slip ups during a campaign speech ever. And there’s lots of other choice material out there that’s funny, so that tells you how much this tickles the funny bone.
