Everything in America these days has been politicized. And I do mean everything. Apparently, even our children. We fight tooth and nail every day to ensure that kids aren’t being brainwashed into thinking they are transgender or that sexual activity outside marriage and all sorts of related things are normal. But it goes further. Our kids are being influenced heavily by what they’re hearing from their parents and the news products they produce.
Everyone’s favorite left-wing propaganda network, CNN, recently did a piece where they spoke with fourth graders — think 10-11 year olds — and asked them for their opinions on politics, particularly former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris. Most of these kids just repeated the things they likely heard their moms and dads say. Or, as is the case with many parents, what they have been told by them concerning these two individuals.
After all, children in this age group don’t exactly have the life experience and education to really grasp what’s happening in the country. In reality, they should just be kids. Playing outside, getting involved with sports, watching Looney Tunes. You know, having fun. Adulthood will come along soon enough to suck out the joy of life by tossing them on the battlefield of culture wars. Why ruin it prematurely?
via CNN:
When a child is asked for one word to describe former President Donald Trump and comes up with “pure evil,” it suggests a level of division that might surprise the average American. Researchers found that Democrat-supporting kids drove polarization in a new study for CNN, and the children were more likely to say they wouldn’t be friends with someone who supports Trump. Kids in red states, on the other hand, were more likely to repeat misinformation.
The findings are the result of more than 40 hours of interviews commissioned by CNN’s “Anderson Cooper 360” to talk politics with 80 elementary schoolers in Arizona, a 2024 battleground state; New Jersey, a blue state; and Texas, a red state. With their parents’ OK, researchers got the kids’ unfiltered thoughts about the presidential candidates and the election.
For this project, Asheley Landrum, an associate professor, child development expert and media psychologist at Arizona State University, worked with Stanford University political science professor Shanto Iyengar, who has already studied polarization in American teens. Landrum asked the elementary schoolers a series of questions, using photographs and visual prompts, to understand how the children feel about the political system.
Some of the questions kids were asked about the presidential candidates included which one they feel would keep them safer, which is more honest, and which one is more likely to do bad things. Seems kind of loaded, doesn’t it?
According to CNN, almost two-thirds of the children wanted to see Harris become president. Not surprising to hear from public school kids, who probably have liberal parents. However, in Texas the results were split. Again, this is likely because more conservatives live in Texas than most other places. However, the fact that Democrats have half of children is a scary thought for the future.
However, what’s really stealing the spotlight is a young black girl who no doubt gave CNN propaganda makers a shock when she said, “It’d be good for us to have a black woman as president for the first time in history…But my vote’s kinda still on Trump.”
Do we have a free thinker on our hands? Holy smokes. What a smart and engaging kid.
This little girl had to shock the CNN propagandists today…
'It’d be good for us to have a black woman as president for the first time in history…
But my vote’s kinda still on Trump.'
Good for her. 🔥🔥🔥 pic.twitter.com/IvF6jRpdw3

Maybe there’s still hope for the country after all.
