Chalk up another massive win for the Republican National Committee and the cause of election integrity. The Supreme Court in Pennsylvania has once again ruled that ballots without a date on them cannot be counted toward election totals in the McCormick/Casey race, which puts a damper on the plans of leftists who were hoping to once again use dirty, underhanded tactics as a means of yanking an election win from a member of the GOP. Gee, it’s almost like President-elect Donald Trump was right back in 2020 when he accused the Democratic Party of stealing the election.
MCCORMICK/CASEY RECOUNT UPDATE:
Following our latest RNC lawsuit, today the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled yet again that undated ballots CANNOT BE COUNTED.
No more excuses. Election officials in Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia, and other counties have absolutely no choice…

Oops. I forgot. We’re not supposed to talk about that out loud. If we do, we’ll get called “extremists” and “insurrectionists” who want to overthrow the government. But wait, you say, aren’t there a number of liberal Democrats who are claiming that Trump cheated in the 2024 election, making them raging hypocrites?
Check out more on this from the BBC:
And disappointed Democratic Party supporters developed their own unsubstantiated voter fraud theories, some of which went viral on X, formerly Twitter, and other platforms.
Like many of the pro-Trump posters, Harris supporters pointed to real but isolated events – fires at ballot drop boxes in Washington and Oregon, and a series of fake bomb threats that disrupted voting at several polling locations on election day – as evidence of widespread voter fraud. Several posts from Democratic Party activists questioning the result went viral and were seen by millions on X and other platforms.
Pam Keith, a Harris supporter in Florida, posted: “Is it possible that the machines were hacked to switch the tallies from Harris to Trump?” Her message was seen more than one million times on X, according to the site’s metrics. The BBC has reached out to her for comment.
Is that not rich?
Anyhoo, a news release that was published on the president-elect’s website back on Nov. 14 details how the lawsuits in Pennsylvania got started, saying, “The RNC has filed yet another lawsuit in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to defend the dated ballot requirement, a critical election integrity safeguard, and to stop radical Democrats from counting illegal ballots as Bob Casey tries to steal the election.”
“Dave McCormick won this election and is already participating in Senate orientation meetings. Meanwhile, Democrat officials and scam lawyers are aiding and abetting Bob Casey’s shameful attempts to steal back a Senate seat which he lost decisively. The RNC is filing a motion in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to ensure that Pennsylvania’s democratic process is not undermined by the inclusion of illegal ballots in the final vote count. Pennsylvanians are ready to move forward with Dave McCormick representing them in the Senate as Bob Casey torches whatever legacy he had with these anti-democratic schemes,” RNC Chairman Michael Whatley explained in closing.
