In a recent report released by Fox News, the news outlet revealed they embedded a reporter with Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) in the city of Boston as the agency launched an operation to round up what the article referred to as “egregious criminal aliens,” which included members of the super violent MS-13 gang who are murder suspects. America, there’s a new sheriff in town and he’s going to clean up the streets. Hallelujah!
The news outlet was able to witness ICE make a total of 8 arrests, which includes numerous Interpol Red Notices for MS-13 members who are suspected of murder and rape, along with members of a Haitian gang member who had a total of 18 convictions over the course of recent years. This gentleman was not pleased to be discovered and taken into custody, looking into the camera and saying that he isn’t “going back to Haiti” before yelling, “f*** Trump, Biden forever!”
Boy, if that isn’t an indictment against the former president and his “open border” policies, I don’t know what is. The reality is, many of the illegals who crossed our border while Biden was wandering the halls of the White House are violent criminals who continued to violate the law once they set foot on our soil. Liberal media outlets attempted to convince the masses these were just oppressed people attempting to escape tyranny, but alas, the crime stats told a different story. People didn’t buy the garbage they were selling.
“Today was a good day. Today we took several significant public safety threats out of our communities,” Patricia Hyde, ERO Boston Acting Field Office Director, said to Fox News. “Unfortunately, a lot were released by sanctuary policies. But we’re here to tell the Commonwealth and the rest of the country that we’re going to find them, whether they’re released or not.”
The agency also scored a “collateral” arrest, which is when they take an illegal migrant into custody who wasn’t the original intended target.
In that case, the illegal alien was with an MS-13 gang member who had been released by a sanctuary jurisdiction on Tuesday with an ICE detainer that was not honored. Trump’s border czar Tom Homan has previously warned that collateral arrests are something that would happen in sanctuary jurisdictions. As ICE Boston was arresting a violent illegal alien in one neighborhood, Fox News heard a woman yell out “thank you” to the agents.
The arrests come as the Trump administration moves rapidly to fulfill its promise to launch a historic mass deportation operation, which it has said will focus primarily – but not exclusively – on public safety threats. In the first days of the Trump administration, ICE has made more than 460 arrests of illegal immigrants, including those with criminal histories that include sexual assault, domestic violence and drugs and weapons crimes. Arrests took place across the U.S. including Illinois, Utah, California, Minnesota, New York, Florida and Maryland. Agents arrested nationals from a slew of countries, including Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Senegal and Venezuela.
Trump is making good on his promises to end the border crisis, ship out dangerous illegal migrants, and make this nation safe for people of all walks of life. Guys, this is what real leadership looks like. It’s a sight for sore eyes.
