A recently filmed video has emerged online showing a confrontation between a female student at Western Carolina University and a transgender woman over said individual’s right to use the ladies room on campus. It’s always a glorious sight to behold when a woman stands up for what she knows is right and natural against the sexual deviance of the radical left. Let’s just hope her examples inspires other women who feel threatened by the idea of biological men using their bathrooms to take the same kind of action.
Payton McNabb, the student who filmed the confrontation, previously experienced a number of mental and physical injuries while playing volleyball in high school after a transgender opponent spiked the ball in her face.

The video uploaded to Twitter last week appears to show McNabb approaching the transgender woman and asking, “Why are you in the girls’ bathroom?

The unidentified individual responds, “I’m a trans girl.” McNabb replies, “But you’re not a girl.”
“Interesting, I’ve never had this before. I don’t know what to say, I’m sorry you feel that way,” the transgender woman goes on to tell McNabb.
“I pay a lot of money to be safe in the bathroom,” McNabb replies to the biological male, who then says, “Me, too.”
McNabb then asks, “Do you think that’s okay?”
The transgender woman then appears to walk past McNabb and out of the bathroom without responding to the question.
May Mailman, McNabb’s lawyer and the director of the Independent Women’s Law Center, said, “No matter what men are wearing or how they feel internally, schools can’t forget about their obligation to women.”
A spokesperson representing the University delivered a statement to Fox News Digital saying, “WCU is committed to upholding its principles and ensuring that all students have equal access to education and opportunities. Violations of any university policies or state and federal laws will be addressed by appropriate campus officials.”
McNabb, who suffered a concussion and neck injury after a transgender volleyball player spiked a ball into her face in 2022, posted on Twitter, “Currently, I’m facing reports to the school for alleged ‘transphobia,’ alongside attempts to tear down my sorority, despite it having nothing to do with it.”
While the state of North Carolina passed a bill back in 2016 that requires folks to use restrooms that correspond to their biological sex, several pieces of the bill were later repealed.
The federal departments of Education and Justice are currently requiring that all public colleges and universities that are the recipients of federal funds to recognize a student’s gender identity as being their actual sex. That, of course, is absurd, but hey, we’re living in clown world, right?
Should we expect displays of sanity in a time when the lunatics truly are running the asylum?
Women have the right to feel safe in the bathroom. These are our wives, mothers, sisters, daughters, etc. Do we really want criminal predators to have an easier time selecting and victimizing their prey? I sure don’t.
