When President Donald Trump and his Department of Government Efficiency, otherwise known as DOGE, which is being headed up by billionaire Elon Musk, announced they would be shutting down USAID, liberals instantly started losing their minds. Which means there’s something really shady going on with such an agency and that’s exactly why it needs to be investigated thoroughly.
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt is once again coming out aggressively to stop the garbage propaganda being pushed by mainstream media and to silence the fit throwing that’s happening with the left across the country. During a press briefing, Leavitt produced some receipts that clearly justify DOGE taking the course of action it did against USAID.
“$32,000 for a transgender comic book in Peru. I don’t know about you, but as an American taxpayer, I don’t want my dollars going towards this crap…” she said before walking off like a boss. You simply have to admire the boldness of this woman. She’s the leftist media’s worst nightmare. A press secretary who supports the president’s agenda and will clap back at the nonsense the mainstream media (MSM) attempts to shove down the throats of the American people.
Karoline Leavitt just walked out to show the press where our tax dollars have been going via USAID:

Earlier in the day on Monday, staffers who work for the U.S. Agency for International Development were told to stay out of the agency’s headquarters in D.C. Yellow police tape blocked off the lobby of the building after Musk announced that Trump was in agreement with him about shutting down the agency. Which has also led to liberal crybabies demanding that Musk be barred from having so much access to these agencies and the classified information their documents may contain.
I guess Democrats have a lot to hide in those, huh?
According to ABC7:
USAID staffers also said more than 600 additional employees had reported being locked out of the agency’s computer systems overnight. Those still in the system received emails saying that “at the direction of Agency leadership” the headquarters building “will be closed to Agency personnel on Monday, Feb. 3.” The agency’s website vanished Saturday without explanation.
Secretary of State Marco Rubio has been made acting administrator of USAID, multiple sources tell ABC News. The fast-moving developments come after thousands of USAID employees already have been laid off and programs shut down in the two weeks since President Donald Trump took office and show the extraordinary power of Musk and his Department of Government Efficiency, or DOGE, in the Trump administration. Musk announced closing of the agency early Monday, as Rubio was out of the country on a trip to Central America.
Trump, a Republican, also has ordered a freeze on foreign assistance with widespread effects around the world. The moves by the U.S., the world’s largest provider of humanitarian aid, have upended decades of policy that put humanitarian, development and security assistance in the center of efforts to build alliances and counter adversaries including China and Russia. They’ve forced U.S. and international companies to shut down tens of thousands of programs globally, leading to furloughs, layoffs and financial crises that have left many fearing the aid community already has been too damaged by the freeze to resume work even if funding resumes.
Trump promised us a whole lot when he was running for office. Thus far, he’s delivering. Let’s hope it continues and we get our spending under control.
